In the last two years I created Shelanous and Shelly. The full experience. The set menu. The whole show. And again and again people told me: we love your food, we just want more of it without the production. Just dinner. Just the plates.
So this is Shelahem. The word means "yours". Monday & Tuesday nights at Shelly, à la carte. A quieter room. A menu you choose from, dish by dish. No set courses, no show. Same hands, same flavours, served your way.
