What's the difference between 4 Seasons, Four Elements and Trust Rony?
4 Seasons is our flagship: a 10 course degustation with beverage pairing, $295 per person, three hours at Shelly Caulfield. Four Elements is a shorter concept show themed around Earth, Water, Fire and Air, $149 per person, every Wednesday at Shelanous in Port Melbourne, with two seatings (6:00 PM and 8:15 PM) from 2 September. Trust Rony is Chef Rony's six course surprise tasting with no menu, $80 per person, six nights a week at Shelly: seatings at 6:00 PM and 8:15 PM Sunday to Thursday, and one late 8:30 PM seating on Saturday.

Is there an age restriction?
The theatrical shows (4 Seasons and Four Elements) are 13 plus. Children under 13 are welcome at every Trust Rony night. Our Kids Experience, a show of their own for ages 5 to 12, is coming soon · join the waiting list.
Can I book Shelly Restaurant for private events or group dining?
Yes. Shelly offers private functions and small gatherings with customised menu planning and immersive experience coordination. Groups of up to 30 guests can be hosted at the long table, with full venue buyouts accommodating up to 60 guests across the dining room, Sense Bar and bar area.
